Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing, submitted to Meetings@hospitalmedicine.org. In the event of cancellation, your account will be refunded in accordance with the following policy:

Prior to August 6, 2025 – Full Refund less $300 Administrative Fee

On or after August 6, 2025 – No Refund
